At Space General, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return most items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Space General account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
